Passion for roses

The townhouse, whose passage leads to Rose garden and Egon Schiele's studio, was waiting to be discovered by its new owners. The rose is the symbol of the city, the Rose garden is just behind the house and some selected art pieces from Eugenio Percossi also carries the theme of roses. Clean and generous interiors provide space for such details to stand out without overwhelming.

Parking

One parking slot is available right next to Casarosa in the courtyard. We will be happy to provide it if it is available. If not, it is possible to park in the secure parking lot P3 (400 m). We will arrange for you parking tickets if needed (280CZK / 12 EUR/day). In any case, you can drive up to the house, park in the yard and unload your belongings before going to re-park if necessary.

Parking is free for guests when booking directly through our website.

Check-in & Check-out

The apartment will be ready for you from 3:30PM. Please leave the apartment by 10:30 AM on the day of departure. You will find the keys in the lock with the number code next to the apartment door. The code will be sent to you on the day of arrival.

Pets

Please leave your pets at home. We try to be considerate even to guests with allergies, the house is regularly disinfected and deep cleaned.

Children

Kids are warmly welcomed at Casarosa. On request we prepare baby bed, bathtub, baby potty.

Children will also enjoy the Rose garden just behind the house or the children's traffic playground, which can be seen beautifully from the cafe of Egon Schiele's studio.
