The operator provides a temporary accommodation service to a customer who books temporary accommodation in the operator's accommodation facility.

The customer is the person who books accommodation in the temporary accommodation facility of the operator.
The description of the accommodation units of the accommodation facility is given in the reservation system.
The price for accommodation services is calculated by the reservation system according to the type of accommodation, number of reserved accommodation units, number of guests, length and date of reservation.
The price includes
Fees from the stay to the municipality, use of bed linen, towels, cosmetics and equipment available in the apartments.
Additional services
Extra beds, parking fee.
Fees and registration fees
There is a charge of 50 CZK / 2 EUR / per person per day, excluding the day of arrival. Persons under 18 years of age, disabled persons and others are exempt from the fee according to the city ordinance. In order to calculate the fee, it is necessary to provide registration data of all guests in the following range:

The customer is required to fill in this information in the form provided at the place of stay.
Mutual contractual relationship
By mutually confirming the reservation of accommodation, the operator shall provide the accommodated person (guest) with temporary accommodation (the right to use the space reserved for his/her accommodation) for an agreed period of time and at a predetermined price.
The operator reserves the right to cancel the reservation for the guest due to the need to carry out maintenance at an unscheduled time or for technical reasons.
Cancellation policy
When booking directly via web or e-mail, a deposit of 100% of the price of the stay is required. Cancellations made less than 15 days before the start of the stay are subject to a cancellation fee of 100% of the price of the stay. The guest has the option to manage cancellation insurance. The accommodation provider must provide all assistance and documents to enable the guest to make a claim and claim the insurance.
In the event of early termination of the accommodation by the client (guest) without the fault of the operator, the operator is not obliged to refund the client even part of the accommodation price paid. The Customer acknowledges that the part of the purchase price for accommodation services cancelled prematurely by the Customer that is not refunded in this way constitutes the Operator's claim for compensation for damages pursuant to Section 2330(2) of the Civil Code.
Security
When leaving the apartment, the guest is responsible for checking the electrical appliances (turning off the electric oven, hob), turning off the lights, closing all windows. The guest shall ensure that the property is locked from all entrances to the property at all times in case of departure.
It is the guest's responsibility to report any changes or deficiencies that occur during the stay immediately.
Everyone present is obliged to immediately report fire hazards, situations requiring police intervention or medical treatment and to do everything possible to prevent the spread of fire or to avert the imminent danger.
The operator shall not be liable for injuries or damage to property caused by insufficient snow removal around the premises or by snow falling from the roof.
Insurance is not included in the price. The operator is not liable for injuries or damage to or theft of property or liability for damage to third parties.
Guests must have a charged phone available during their stay in case of emergency.
Do not leave children unsupervised in the property or its immediate surroundings. Their safety and any damage caused by them is always the responsibility of the legal guardians or the person accompanying the child.
Night-time quiet is between 22:00 and 07:00. Avoid activities that would unduly disturb the surroundings and contravene good manners or disturb neighbours.
Smoking and pets are not allowed inside the house (the fine for cleaning the apartment is EUR 100). Only the number of persons for whom the accommodation is intended and which has been notified to the provider are allowed to stay overnight.
We believe that these general conditions and rules will be understood not as a restriction on guests or their satisfaction, but as a relationship that leads to the sustainability of the operation of CASAROSA Apartments.
